We are delighted you've chosen Verge Holistic Arts for services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies:

Payment in full is required to book your appointment unless otherwise arranged. Payments may be eligible for a full or partial refund as outlined below.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Life happens and we understand that schedules change. You may reschedule or cancel any appointment with a minimum of 24-hours notice prior to the session start time at no charge. If you reschedule, your payment will be applied towards the new appointment. Cancellations with sufficient notice will be fully refunded.

Failure to give sufficient notice (24 hours) will result in the charge of half the session fee. Exceptions may be made in the event of an emergency.

Missed appointments with no prior notification (no-call/no-show) are not eligible for a refund.

Service Packages & Retainer

If you purchase a package of services (multiple sessions) or retainer, and your service is terminated before completion of all planned sessions for any reason, you will receive a pro-rated refund. Your refund amount will be equal to the original package price minus services/sessions already received.

Coaching package refunds will be equivalent to $250 for each week remaining on your package contract. For example, a 1-month package at $1000/month cancelled after the third session receives a $250 refund for the one week remaining.

If you cancel a package less than 24-hours prior to your next scheduled session, then the cancellation policies outlined above will apply to any potential refunds for that session.
